The log is kept in this browser with the rest of the plan and is never written to a Google Calendar. Exporting the plan carries the log with it; importing a plan replaces both.

Connect read-only calendars, set the usual parish pattern, and manage this device’s saved plan.
Google connection
The planner asks you to sign in with Google when it opens, so it is ready to read and publish the plan for the tablet. Public calendars still work if you dismiss the sign-in.

This app requests calendar read access plus permission to create and update the plan events you publish. It does not alter the SFA or OLSJ source calendars.

The defaults match the calendars already used by the Sacristy Display.

Usual weekly pattern
Scheduled events still determine which Masses appear. These choices supply the starting form.
Tablet display
The app will select your sacristydisplaydata calendar when Google connects. Keep it separate from normal schedules and make it public so the unattended tablet can read it.
Only publish notes that may safely appear on a public display calendar.
Saved plan
Choices are saved in this browser and copied to the display calendar when you publish. Export a backup whenever the plan matters.
Removed automatic events
Removing an event hides it only in this planner. Publish the week after removing or restoring to update the tablet display. The original Google Calendar event is never deleted.
Advanced connection settings
The Client ID and browser API key identify this public web app; they are not Google account passwords. Access tokens remain in memory.
