Drop a picture in, crop or slice it into lines, and save it to the parish database.

1 · Connect the parish database

This is the same Database Folder linked in the Mass app’s Setup — the parish’s one source of truth. Hymns and other music are saved under a masters sub-folder; the Mass Ordinary (Kyrie, Gloria, Creed, Sanctus, Agnus Dei) under a separate ordinary sub-folder, kept apart to avoid confusion; and the sung parts of the Daily Office (preces and responses, canticles, …), which the Office Leaflet sets in place of the said text, under an office sub-folder. Both are created automatically the first time you save. Make sure the folder is shared Anyone with the link · Viewer so the viewer can show it.

2 · The picture

Drop image(s) here, click to browse, or paste from the clipboard
PNG or JPEG. Add more than one for a multi-page piece. Use the best scan you have — you can replace it later.

Saving under a category + setting/title that already exists replaces it in place (same Drive file, links stay valid) — so to swap a low-quality image, just drop in a better one and save the same details.
